Getting his start at Disney, Omar grew through the ranks and found himself at Disney’s Wide World of Sports where his passion for service collided with sports and he realized the magic of experience-making went far beyond theme parks.

Omar’s first true sports job was with Monumental Sports & Entertainment (Wizards, Capitals, Mystics) where he learned the industry before following his passion to work in MLB at the Arizona Diamondbacks. When the opportunity to join RMFH and the Cavaliers came up, he headed back East and has spent the last 3 seasons developing staff, ease of access and building a true team culture.

Burnout is real, with a 365 event building, keeping his staff excited, motivated and empowered is mission critical and core to his leadership. He finds ways to excite, surprise and recognize the individuals who bring the magic to life each night for guests.

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
An avid sports fan who loves going to games when he isn’t working them, especially baseball, The Boston Red Sox & the Green Monster hold a special place in his heart.

Proud father of two amazing kids, he sets the standard for hard work and loves spending time with his son and daughter whenever he can.

The moment of joy on someone’s face when you create a memory, in work or real-life, drives him, “It creates stories they will tell for years and impacts lives in ways we’ll never know.”
