QUICK FACTS:

TRANSFORMING TRANSACTIONS INTO FAN EXPERIENCES…
Nicole graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2007 with a degree in Business Finance before shifting to hospitality.  She spent 13 years with Levy where she started as a cashier, received a promotion to Concessions Manager and then Suite Manager, before joining the A’s in 2020.

She supports her staff by making sure that she’s present at meetings, available for them to feel heard, recognizing the job is not always easy and her role makes a big difference.

Nicole categorizes herself as a proactive person vs. reactive. She is always thinking of ways to stay ahead of things that might happen - from connectivity issues to guest concerns. She’s a great problem solver that is quick thinking on her feet in case something does happen.

“Stay true to yourself and be your biggest advocate” is the piece of advice that she’d give to someone looking to work their way up to her role. She also advises to start from the bottom and learn everything from the nitty gritty (rolling hot dogs to learning spoilage and the financial aspect of it.) Be a student and find out what your passion is!

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
Nicole is inspired by her mother who she says is the “the greatest mom who drops anything when I need her”. She is proud to be from a generational line of women who would do anything for each other.

Carrying on the family tradition of being an amazing mom, she is a proud boy mom and her son is her favorite person and the thing that she is most proud of. She enjoys watching him play sports, hiking and running hills together, and staying in and watching movies with him.

Colleagues and friends think of Nicole as someone who is “very direct and transparent but patient and a great leader.”
