The Baltimore Orioles were in that spot. With MLB refreshing and modernizing their rules the Orioles wanted a fresh custom training experience that would empower their staff. The Orioles wanted to create a team-focused environment with standards everyone could understand and believe in.
EES partnered with the Orioles to create a value driven framework to elevate their customer service standards.
This framework was delivered to over 500 staff members through eight 90 minute unique and engaging training sessions.
The staff feedback was extremely positive. The club received countless emails, texts and verbal communication from staff stating their appreciation and enjoyment of the training sessions.
With the Orioles improved performance on the field which led to increased foot traffic in the stadium this training was conducted at a crucial moment for the Orioles.
