CREATING UNIQUE EXPERIENCES FOR FANS EACH GAME:
A South-Florida native, her sports journey began as a water polo student-athlete at Indiana University, where she interned in the athletics department and fell in love with producing events and working with everyone who had supported her as a student athlete.

She loves the controlled chaos of game day and thrives in that environment. She strives to communicate and collaborate well with her team to create a unique and special game experience for both the fans and student athletes.

Dana understands the importance of taking care of yourself first and foremost and tries to instill that value in her team. She encourages them to put their lives outside of work first and then layer work in on top of that to keep the stamina needed to produce high-level events all year long.

She is excited by all of the changes on the forefront of college athletics and the new direction they are headed. She looks forward to the opportunities it brings to get creative and challenge herself even further.

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
She feels empowered to be a woman in sports and have a seat at the table.

She values the strong support system that she has in her family and friends, and credits her family and husband as her biggest supporters. She appreciates that her husband watches every game and always text messages her when it’s over.

In her free time, she’s spending time with her husband and dog, running with a great group of friends, and keeping herself busy.
