QUICK FACTS:

CREATING MEMORABLE MOMENTS FOR EVERY GUEST…
Craig’s guest experience career journey began at Disney, where he started as an intern and served in several management roles throughout his 20 year career there. He credits his time with Disney as giving him a strong base for guest service knowledge and passion and teaching him leadership skills. Craig knew he wanted to pursue his lifelong dream of working in sports so he applied for a role with the Texas Rangers in 2021 and was offered the job with them as Director of Guest Services.

Craig thrives on helping others shine. He is quick to highlight and acknowledge his team and the important role that each of them play to help reach their goal of creating the best guest experience possible at every game. He says that the most critical skill that he has learned throughout his career is putting the staff first so that they are “informed, empowered, and inspired to take care of the guest.”

Energized by finding creative ways to do things, Craig enjoys using his creativity to have fun and enjoys seeing memories come to life that he helped create. Going around the ballpark and greeting people, assisting with recovery opportunities, giving fans a “WOWment” that they didn’t expect, etc. are all things that drive him and make him happy.

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
Craig’s parents met in the bleachers at Wrigley Field in the 60s. They were a part of the Bleacher Bums and Craig grew up going to games with them, instilling a love for baseball in him at any early age.

His favorite event memory is working MLB All-Star Week 2024. He greatly enjoyed getting to see the whole Rangers organization and his staff shine. He fondly remembers watching the All-Star Game as a kid, so being a part of the process of bringing it to life this year was a major highlight for him.

His favorite part of the job is being at the ballpark every day. He loves being a part of baseball and creating core memories for guests.
