QUICK FACTS:

LISTENING TO FANS TO BRING THEIR IDEAS TO LIFE…
Starting as a game day intern during his senior year at University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Brian joined the Milwaukee Admirals in 2005. He worked his way up to Manager of Ticket Operations & Analytics in 2010 and was recently promoted to VP of Business Strategy.

Brian consistently strives to continue to grow, learn and improve. He values education, obtaining an MBA from Carroll University in the spring, and is excited about putting his MBA to use to continue to create the best experience possible for Admirals fans.

He finds great value in fan feedback, continuously striving to listen to the fans and what they have in mind for each season and working to bring those ideas to life. He credits his sales training with teaching him the importance of creating the kind of experience that fans want and not just selling them a ticket package.

Tip for new staff: “Talk to everyone you have an opportunity to talk to within the organization, industry, and fans. Start conversations, learn about their past, and keep in mind that things can always be improved. Take all of the things that you’ve learned and make it your own.”

BEYOND THE EVENTS:
Outside of work you will find Brian spending time with his family. With a family goal of visiting all 50 states before his kids move out, family vacations are a highlight for him. They are halfway through the list!

Brian is energized by every day being new. The unknowns (Are we going to solve a new problem that we’ve never solved before? Are we going to have a player do something that has never been done before? etc.) keep him going.

The people that he works with are the part of the job that he enjoys the most. There’s never a day when he doesn’t want to get out of bed and go to work.
