“The insight we have gleaned from Evolved’s surveying and analysis system has been invaluable to our strategic decision making over the past few seasons with regard to fan experience. Having hard data taken directly from the customers has been able to help us gain traction making some positive changes this offseason. An example of this is that for years, we’ve had a concourse vendor that fans consistently complained about, noting that they were intrusive and belligerent when trying to market to our fans. However, they had a sizeable sponsorship contract with us, and as a result we were never able to make significant changes to their deal or how they behaved towards fans.
